Did you hear His voice?

“Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts…”- Psalm 95:6-7

Keep your hands up

Exodus 17: 10-13

"10 So Joshua fought the Amalekites as Moses had ordered, and Moses, Aaron and Hur went to the top of the hill. 11 As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. 12 When Moses' hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up—one on one side, one on the other—so that his hands remained steady till sunset. 13 So Joshua overcame the Amalekite army with the sword."

When Moses held his hands up, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the enemies were winning.
My brothers and my sisters in the Lord, do not low your hands. Lift up your hands toward God and cry out to Him in faith; He will surely give you victory over all your situations.

Psalm 18: 28-29

“You, O LORD, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light. With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall.”

Yesterday you had zeal to serve God. Do you still have that zeal now? Is your lamp going off? For the lamp to continue burning you need fuel. Only God has the appropriated fuel to keep your lamp burning. Did you call Him? Has darkness caught up on you? God can turn your darkness into light, but you need to call Him. With God, you will be able to advance against your enemies and come out with victory. God Himself will remove obstacles before you if you trust in Him.

Something to think about

“For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; it is he who will save us.”- Isaiah 33:22
